General Terms
Below, you can read about our payment conditions that apply when booking a stay at any of ESS Hotel Group AB (ESS Group) destinations. The payment conditions apply to bookings with us, including bookings through our website, by phone, and via third parties. If different terms apply to your booking via a third party, they will be stated in the third party’s terms. Special conditions apply to conference and group bookings. Cancellation and Amendment Policy
The cancellation and amendment policies for your booking depend on the type of booking made and the destination it applies to. Always check the rules that apply to your booking, which you’ll find during the booking process and in your booking confirmation.
Refund/Return
It may take up to 14 days before your refund appears in your account. If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days, please contact us. For refunds handled by Klarna, more information can be found here: https://www.klarna.com/se/kundservice/hur-lang-tid-tar-en-aterbetalning/
Validity of Price Agreement
The agreed-upon prices are binding for both parties. However, ESS Group reserves the right to adjust prices due to increased taxes and fees or other circumstances beyond ESS Group’s control.
Force Majeure
Events beyond the control of the contractual parties—such as strikes, lockouts, fires, etc.—that make it impossible to fulfill the obligations in this agreement entitle both parties to terminate the agreement without liability for compensation.
Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted: Klarna for purchases through our website, NETS Easy for purchases over the phone and on-site at the destination (applicable to credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, American Express, and Swish), Vipps for payments in Norway, and Mobilepay for payments in Denmark.
All of ESS Group’s destinations in Sweden are cashless. Destinations in Denmark and Norway accept cash as payment.
The destination is not obliged to accept credit or debit cards, checks, vouchers, or foreign currency unless the hotel has offered to do so.
Identification
ESS Group reserves the right to terminate the agreement if valid identification cannot be provided. All destinations have a minimum check-in age of 18 years.
Payment Guarantee
At the time of confirmation, ESS Group reserves the right to request a payment guarantee.
Personal Data
We (ESS Hotel Group AB) process your personal data for three (3) years in accordance with our privacy policy, read more here: ESS Group – Privacy Policy
If you provide personal data belonging to someone other than yourself, you are responsible for ensuring that this disclosure is made with the consent of the individual.
Please only provide sensitive personal data that are necessary for us to know in order to provide you with a good experience.
